Chatham Artillery Punch
- Oleo Saccharum from 8 lemons (see recipe below)
- Juice of 8 lemons
- Bourbon or Rye Whiskey - 750 ml
- Cognac - 750 ml
- Dark Jamaican rum - 750 ml
- Sparkling wine - 3 bottles
Fill a large punch bowl with ice; add the whiskey, cognac, rum, lemon juice, and oleo saccharum; add bubbly and stir together.
