Chatham Artillery Punch

  • Oleo Saccharum from 8 lemons (see recipe below)
  • Juice of 8 lemons
  • Bourbon or Rye Whiskey - 750 ml
  • Cognac - 750 ml
  • Dark Jamaican rum - 750 ml
  • Sparkling wine - 3 bottles

Fill a large punch bowl with ice; add the whiskey, cognac, rum, lemon juice, and oleo saccharum; add bubbly and stir together.
