Egg Nog

  • Large Eggs - 2
  • Super fine sugar - 3 oz (by vol)
  • Brandy - 2 oz
  • Spiced rum - 2 oz
  • Whole milk 6 oz
  • Heavy cream - 4 oz

beat eggs in blender for 1 min

slowly add sugar and bland for another minute

while blender is running add brandy, rum, milk, cream

chill thoroughly

serve in wine glass with nutmeg grated over top
